I’ve always liked Vicky Pattison, especially more recently as she’s embraced a more authentic approach to her life on social media etc. This book is a cross between a memoir, autobiography and a self-help book. It’s an interesting and reaffirming read, but definitely not a ground breaking insight into the world of self-development.
That being said, I enjoyed reading it and did so with Vicky’s voice in my head. Her nods to feminism and striving to be a better person after owning some horrific things that she did, are also refreshing. I think he younger audience will really benefit from Vicky’s wisdom. But at 37 years old, I’m maybe not the right target audience 😝
