Comforting but predictable
Clover Phillips returns to beautiful Jewel Island, where she co-owns the Sapphire Bay Hotel with her sisters. She?s settled into teaching dance and rebuilding her life, still healing from past heartbreak.
The Cornwall-inspired setting is warm and inviting, and the cosy, feel-good tone makes this an easy read. However, the plot is fairly predictable and doesn?t bring many surprises.
In all, a charming autumn read with just enough sweetness to satisfy.
